Michael D. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from North Carolina State University and his law degree from Campbell University. He’s spent his entire career in the court system in northeastern NC. Mike began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for the North Carolina First Prosecutorial District. He then spent time in private practice prior to returning to the District Attorney’s office through 2012.
Mike has been helping residents of Northeastern North Carolina for decades. His work in the court systems has spanned more than 30 years, working in Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans counties. He’s deftly handled a variety of cases, combining his knowledge of the law with his relationships with the court system. He is dedicated to ensuring that your rights are protected and your needs are met.
Mike is married with two children. He is an active Wolfpack fan who loves to read and cheer against the tar heels.
